How dull it is to pause, to make an end,
To rust unburnish'd, not to shine in use!
As tho' to breathe were life!
[extract from Ulysses by Alfred Lord Tennyson]
One of the greatest gifts that God Almighty has given us is the ability to dream. But dreaming, unlike what many think, is not effortless. It is about actively finding one’s way in the moonlight. The reward is that we are first to see the dawn, we have a glimpse of it while the rest of the world is asleep. And this is why dreamers are always ahead of others. I have always told my young friends that life always conspires to make us succeed. But first, we must want to succeed. As the Greek philosopher Epictetus said in 55 AD, “First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.”
I am blessed to have around me people who hold values that are similar to mine and who are ready to always “strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield”. This spirit that has given birth to this modest publication which, we all wish should become a source of inspiration to our young friends.

‘What is your dream?’ ‘Have you ever asked yourself?’ Everyone has a different dream in life. They are unique to each individual, similar to a fingerprint or a birthmark. Many of us spend so much time watching other people accomplish their dreams, we forget to spend time thinking about our own.We do what is expected of us from day to day, and get on with the business of living our lives. For most of us, dreams are just that; fantasies, relegated to sleep and idle daydreaming. But dreaming is such a practical, powerful step.
Walt Disney once said, ‘If you can dream it, you can do it.’ Dreaming is not a waste of time; it is an essential tool for problem solving and creativity.Dreams inspire learning - not the sort of rote, superficial learning that will help students pass standardized tests and then disintegrate, but real learning that inspires deep, meaningful, life-changing mastery and purpose. Learning that inspires positive change both for the individual and their community.
You are the generation of this millennium. Start dreaming! Dare to dream and give yourself the opportunity to achieve them.
So, ‘What is your dream?’ …
